The anticipated outputs would be achieved by implementing the following key works:-

• Install 691m of 160mm PE100 SDR 11 rising main via directional drilling
• Triple crossing of 130m of main / critical crossing underneath M49 inc. baseline and post-works monitoring of the highway.
• Open Cutting connections including installation of a vertical backdrop into existing manhole at a depth of 4.5m

The pipeline was constructed to an impressive standard and the working area reinstated to the pre-entry condition despite some difficulties with groundwater throughout the scheme.

Envolve worked closely with the designers to produce a solution to be constructed on time, within budget and without impacting upon the environment or third parties who might be affected by the works.

The Construction phase of the scheme was a success and the site was handed over within a tight programme. The high standards achieved throughout the scheme is testament to the skill and dedication of the delivery team; the scheme is a model example of achievement of our core delivery values of Safety, Quality, Time & Cost.
