Envolve Infrastructure is extremely proud to announce that it has extended its long-standing and trusted strategic capital investment relationship with Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water by securing sole delivery partner status on the Wastewater Repair and Maintenance Framework covering DCWW’s largest operating and most densely populated areas, including South Wales, Hereford and Powys. The work scope includes both complex and non-complex work on Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water’s strategic assets and includes a 24/7/365 emergency response service, ensuring service levels to Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water’s customers are a priority.

The framework will span up to eight years, running through to 2034, and represents a further strategic step in Envolve’s long-standing partnership with Welsh Water and its continued commitment to protecting and enhancing vital wastewater infrastructure across the region.

Under the framework, Envolve will deliver a comprehensive programme of planned and reactive wastewater network repair and maintenance works, supporting Welsh Water’s commitment to customer service excellence, environmental protection, and network resilience. The award builds on Envolve’s proven track record as Welsh Water’s Primary Emergency Reactive Contractor, Pressurised Pipelines and Capital Delivery Framework Partner of choice.

With a 41-year heritage of working with Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, Envolve brings unrivalled technical expertise, a highly skilled in-region directly employed workforce, and a safety-first culture to the delivery of this critical framework. The contract further secures Envolve’s role as a strategic partner in safeguarding wastewater assets across Wales and the borders.
