Envolve Infrastructure has been awarded a place on the £320 million Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water (DCWW) Lot 2 Network Alliance Framework, reaffirming its position as DCWW’s strategic delivery partner of choice for Pressurised Pipelines and Developer Services schemes.
Through this appointment, Envolve has also re-secured its role as DCWW’s 24-hour, 365-day Primary Emergency Response Contractor. Envolve remains a trusted delivery partner authorised to undertake high-pressure and complex repair works across DCWW’s critical water network, ensuring resilience, safety and continuity of supply for customers across Wales.
Envolve Infrastructure is immensely proud to announce that it has extended its long-standing and trusted strategic relationship with DCWW by securing delivery partner status on the Water Network Alliance Framework, covering the entirety of DCWW’s operating area, and includes a 24/7/365 emergency response service, ensuring service levels to DCWW’s customers are a priority. The framework can span up to eight years, running through to 2034, and represents a re-security in Envolve’s long-standing partnership with DCWW and its continued commitment to protecting and enhancing critical water infrastructure across Wales.
Under the framework, Envolve will deliver a comprehensive programme of planned, reactive and emergency work across the entire network, supporting DCWW’s commitment to customer service excellence, environmental protection, and network resilience. The award builds on Envolve’s proven track record as DCWW’s Primary Emergency Reactive Contractor, Pressurised Pipelines, Capital Delivery and Repair & Maintenance Framework Partner of choice.
With a 41-year heritage of working with DCWW, Envolve brings unrivalled technical expertise, a highly skilled in-region directly employed workforce, and a safety-first culture to the delivery of this critical Framework. The contract further secures Envolve’s role as a Strategic Partner in safeguarding essential water assets across Wales.
