To support our geographical expansion, we have a dynamic opportunity within our operational teams in Treforest, South Wales for the following role:

  • Reinstatement Manager

This role specifically caters for individuals with clean water (repair & maintenance and rehabilitation) experience, working on our Dwr Cymru Welsh Water Upstream Losses (USL) Programme.

The Reinstatement Manager will manage and develop the reinstatement and backfill efficiency of our works. The role will require the control and management of subcontract reinstatement and backfill contractors, driving performance and ensuring quality through site inspections and monitoring of job tracking software.

The role will require the individual to communicate between the Project Team, Scheduler and undertake site visits with Local Highways Inspectors. They will liaise closely with the Highways noticing team to ensure the notices are extended or closed in a timely manner.

What Skills & qualifications do we require?

  • Previous experience in a similar role / discipline
  • Ambition to progress your career through our professional development programme
  • Full UK driving license
