About The Role

• Lead procurement and strategic sourcing of materials, equipment, and subcontract services
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business and project objectives
• Manage supplier relationships and supply chain performance to ensure quality and reliability
• Conduct contract negotiation and commercial management to secure best value
• Identify and deliver cost-saving initiatives and value engineering opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project planning and delivery timelines
• Drive sustainable procurement and ESG initiatives across the supply chain
• Monitor supplier KPIs and ensure compliance with procurement policies and contracts
• Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, Supply Chain Manager, or Senior Buyer
• Strong background in construction procurement, infrastructure, or engineering sectors
• Expertise in contract management, supplier negotiation, and cost control
• Demonstrated ability in strategic sourcing and supply chain optimisation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify procurement efficiencies
• Leadership experience with team development capabilities
